A new video series produced by Lake Industries and featuring high-volume dealer, Dave Allred, helps new customers of Lake Industries to quickly get past the stigma of cooking without water, oils or fats. “We have all grown up thinking that we must put water or grease into our cookware before cooking our food, but cooking in a fully sealed environment maintains much more of the nutrients.” said Allred.

Lake Industries has built its business on the idea that there is a better and healthier way to cook. “Unfortunately, making the switch from a lifetime of cooking on thin, teflon cookware can be a difficult transition.” Said Allred “There are tips to get the most out of your cookware from the first time you use it.”

The new video series will focus on shortening the learning curve of using stainless steel cookware. Topics covered will range from how to clean and care for the cookware, to cooking foods that typically would stick to a skillet.

“Cookware from Lake Industries is an investment that will provide benefits for a lifetime, and we want to make sure that the investment pays off quickly. The first time a customer cooks a complete meal, with no water or grease, their life will literally change for the better.” Said Allred.
