Lake Industries will replace or substitute at an equal value any returned product shown upon examination to be defective at our discretion, and without charge. The buyer agrees that by accepting delivery and subsequent use, or resale of any products from Lake Industries, any liability is limited to repairing or replacing any products that may be covered under warranty. All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility.
