All registrations and full payments must be received no later than May 8th, 2026.

Early Bird pricing will be available until April 29, 2026.

Late registrations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received and verified.

Payment plan options may be offered solely at the discretion of Professional Platinum / Lake Industries.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance.

This includes cancellations, scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend for any reason.

Participant substitutions may be requested prior to the registration deadline.

All substitution requests must be submitted in writing and approved in advance by Professional Platinum / Lake Industries.

No substitutions will be accepted after the deadline.

Only qualified dealers and their approved registered winners are eligible to participate.

Eligibility determinations will be made by Professional Platinum / Lake Industries, and all decisions are final.

Travel, lodging, and all personal expenses are the sole responsibility of each participant unless otherwise stated in writing.

Additional guests must register and pay in full before the stated deadline.

Professional Platinum / Lake Industries assumes no responsibility for travel delays, lost luggage, or third-party services associated with attendance.

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct and represent Professional Platinum / Lake Industries appropriately at all times.

The company reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual for misconduct, non-compliance with event rules, or behavior detrimental to the event or company reputation.

Professional Platinum / Lake Industries reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any portion of the event due to circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of cancellation, registration fees may be applied as credit toward a future company-sponsored event at the company’s discretion.

Participants and winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, travel documentation, insurance, and incidental costs related to their participation.

Professional Platinum / Lake Industries is not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or other circumstances beyond its control.

By participating, each individual agrees to release and hold harmless Professional Platinum / Lake Industries, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.

Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment, full understanding, and acceptance of all terms contained herein.

Participation in the Travel Club constitutes agreement to comply with all contest rules and acceptance of all decisions made by Professional Platinum / Lake Industries as final and binding.
