	We just wanted to write a few words to those who are thinking of investing in the Professional Platinum Cooking System. This is by far the best investment we have ever made in our health. We are able to cook at low temperatures with literally no loss of nutrients or taste to our foods. We think of our pots as kitchen jewelry. Our original 1946 kitchen is completely upgraded by the addition of these jewels. It is a pleasure to cook, clean and display these beauties proudly in our little kitchen. The electromagnetic induction cooker is a huge asset to the climate control of our home. We can easily cook indoors in summer without heat gain. The induction cooker uses very little electricity which is a real plus for our solar home. The induction cooker heats water faster than a microwave and pouring anything from these well designed pots is totally drip-less, which eliminates the need for a separate teapot! We invested in two additional sets of pots for our children. They love them and we can rest assured that they and their children are receiving optimal nutrition from their foods. We didn't want our children to wait as long as we did to cook well at home. Everyone should start out life with these pots!
