Fidelis Elite West Coast Training Seminar Teaches Reps How to Close Sales Faster

LAS VEGAS, October 22, 2019- On Tuesday, October 22, Fidelis Elite hosted their West Coast training at the Lake Industries Test Kitchen. Seven people from the Fidelis Elite Las Vegas office came to learn new company-specific selling strategies, as well as hear a special Lake Industries presentation on customer closing and referral gifts.

Fidelis Elite Systems provides whole house water solutions to clients in Texas, Nevada and California with the installation and maintenance of water filtration products. On average, their multi-stage refinement systems, including multi-stage and salt-free refinement, run customers about $7,000 per install.

Getting into the home to pitch a $7,000 water filtration system is a tough sell. It’s an easier sales route when the pitch is screened with an exclusive gift just for receiving a free home water test. Lake Industries partners with Fidelis to welcome prospective customers to their new neighborhood with a free cookware set when they call a specified phone number. Once the table is set, the Fidelis sales team sets the appointment for a water test over the phone, and then locks the sale in-person.
